Tell us what the engineer needs to ship, the stack, and how your team works. 30 minutes.
You interview the engineer — not a salesperson. If the fit isn't obvious, we propose someone else.
Your repos, your rituals, your standards. Productive in the first sprint, not the third month.
Monthly, no lock-in. Scale up, swap, or stop with notice.
Hiring Site Reliability Engineers: vetting, onboarding, contract and time zone
Senior only: everyone we put forward has shipped and owned production systems. It starts with a 30-minute brief with an engineer on your CI/CD, your infrastructure-as-code tooling and on-call expectations. We shortlist profiles matched on stack, domain and seniority, and you interview the engineer yourself, not a salesperson. If the fit isn't obvious in that call, we propose someone else.
Most engagements start within two to three weeks of the brief. The engineer onboards into your repos, tools and rituals and works to your standards, productive in the first sprint rather than the third month. For reference, Right-On-Skill in Luxembourg had its first developer integrated two weeks after the briefing.
Monthly, with no lock-in and no recruitment fees: one monthly rate per engineer. You can scale up, swap the profile or stop with notice, and the code, the repositories and the IP stay yours. If you would rather hand over the outcome than manage the engineer, the same people work as a dedicated team or an end-to-end build.
Mainland Portugal runs on WET/WEST (UTC+0 in winter, UTC+1 in summer): the same time as the UK, one hour behind Central European Time and five hours ahead of New York. That is a full shared day with London, all but an hour with Amsterdam or Berlin, and about four hours with the US East Coast, so standups, code review and incident calls happen live.
