Frequently asked questions
Both pay for the same agent. With the one-off setup, from €1,500 per agent, you pay for the build once; ongoing operation and tuning are optional and priced separately. With the fixed monthly fee, you spread the cost and hosting, maintenance and ongoing tuning are included, with no per-ticket or per-seat charges. We help you choose in the assessment.
The variable cost is AI model usage, usually cents per conversation, plus paid channels such as WhatsApp or voice calls if you use them. It depends on volume, so we estimate it in the assessment with your numbers, before you decide.
An agent for one process is delivered in about 2 weeks. On more demanding work, such as customer service, the first agent is in production in 2 to 4 weeks. For multi-step agents and custom products, the timeline is set in the proposal.
We don't promise a guarantee; we reduce the risk instead. The assessment can end with "don't build this". Before it goes live, the agent is tested against your real cases. And we start with one agent on one process, widening scope only once the results hold.
The agent processes personal data on your company's behalf, under a GDPR data processing agreement. It runs in an ISO 27001, GDPR-compliant environment, only gets access to what it needs, and every action is logged. Health data is a special category and is treated as such from the outset.
